Nicholas Lau — Founder / Principal Voice AI & Agentic Workflow Engineer. I design and build the voice and chat agent infrastructure behind SaaSLauncher: the orchestration layer, function/tool calling, workflow routing, sub-agent handoffs, and the data integrations that let agents act on real business records.
SaaSLauncher is a single-builder product. I own it end to end — architecture, agent design, latency, integrations, and the showcases that demonstrate it in production-style settings.
2. What I build
SaaSLauncher is a reusable agentic workflow builder, not a one-off demo. The same orchestration core powers voice and chat agents that qualify leads, book appointments, triage support, and update live business systems. Channels (chat, voice, media, spatial) sit on top; the workflow engine, tool execution, and routing logic underneath are the real product.
I keep the language intentionally plain: function calling, low-latency turn-taking, STT/TTS-ready interfaces, multilingual interaction, linked-record reasoning, and human-approval checkpoints — built to be handed to real teams.
3. How I work
I start from the actual business workflow, model it as an agent graph with explicit handoffs and tool calls, then prove it against realistic CRM-style data. I build in visible milestones so the system can be inspected, tested, and measured — turn latency, tool success, escalation paths — before it touches production.
4. Background
My foundation is in telecom, VoIP, and real-time infrastructure, which shapes how I think about voice agents: SIP/Twilio-style call routing, low-latency media paths, production reliability, and observability. That background is why SaaSLauncher treats voice as infrastructure — orchestration, latency, and tool execution — rather than a chat box with a microphone.
5. Showcases
One agent builder, many verticals: real estate, restaurant booking, healthcare admin, fitness, auto repair, technical support, facilities management, and incident monitoring. Each showcase swaps the prompt, workflow, and data source while reusing the same orchestration, multilingual UX, webhook-style live data, and linked-record reasoning.
